Pierce & Co. Real Estate is a Boutique Real Estate Brokerage founded in 2013 by Ernest Pierce a 3rd generation San Diegan. Ernest has spent the last 20+ years engaged in all aspects of Real Estate: Mortgage Loans, Residential sales, Commercial Properties, 1031 Exchanges, Property management, and distressed homes. Pierce & Co. implements all of these aspects of Real Estate and more.
